Music making rounds as dancers arise and begin dancing in a
country-western sort of rhythm.
Living in the desert, taking it easy as we find beauty of
another world right inside our hearts tonight.
So many rhythms taking their place in sections of a lively
and intense energy picks up the pace.
Not letting this poet's mind and intellect shut down, know-
ing that broken dreams of heartache open their eyes.
Seeing the devastation of another accident in life, a troubling
sense of loss through grief and its sorrow.
Not able to pick up the pieces, maybe another time, but for now
there's nothing to be done for you have left me forlorn and sad.
Never able to hold onto the wonderful dreams we had together
throughout the years we had while on earth.
