Broken Moon - Poem by Tiku akp

The moon has broken into two
You snatched away one
And got lost in the woods
Where someone was waiting
With other half to make it full
In the darkened night of trust
When he and you met to glow
As fireflies without a full moon
I simmer in the hot wind.
