Broken Shore Line [rebel In Love Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Broken Shore Line [rebel In Love

Along the broken coast
many dreams can be found
more than that the one's I've sent to my love
some still sealed
some remain silent songs I still carry in my head
not sure if they'll ever find their way to their intended
place in the universe
filled with the stars that paint the sky at night
sent with the prayers that fill the pilars that watch over
the symphonies made for you and I
a firey crash meant for a broken coast
I find myself visiting and revisiting
night after night
the phases have become rehershed
as I say them nightly
not a soul to hear
not a soul to care
turn the stars off one by one
as this requiem is far from done
no fresh morning dew as the grass has seemed to stop growing
no longer a place for the bicycles to ride along the pathway made
for two as the roads have been sealed off
no place for professor's to teach their daily lectures
no room for tourist to create a new picture for their scrapbooks
and worn photo albums
only the shore line calms my nerves
good lies told as the waters rage war against the rocks
beneath my feet
the only things that are missing are the million dollar condos
with the obxious neigbors depicted in the movies
