bureaucracy is minor
power abused by ego
inflated individuals
who abuse authority

or an organization
of non-elected officials
a governmental or
organization which

implements the rules,
laws, functions
of their institution,
often characterized

by excessive
officialism
corruption
rabid red tape?

gone arse upards cos
certain people can't get

their *&^% sorted...
can't read legislation
or apply the relevant
laws to my situation...”

as you are already
aware Georgia
sometimes those not
worthy of being in

charge should be
removed from office
and their policy of
“changing the bloody

goal posts” is best
removed buried
with them for greater
good of the people
