But I Had To Lust Before I Could Love Poem by Ravi Kopra

But I Had To Lust Before I Could Love

"The relation between the self
and the external world
is spoiled by lust
and not by love
and it fatigues the soul."

- We Drag With Us Not A Treasure But A Chain. - Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore at poemhunter

"Why are you late for work, " the colleagues ask him.
"Last night, I had so much lust, so much f... for my love
My soul is fatigeued this morning. It move not with ease.
It's entered my prick. Swollen, red head, it pricks when I move.

My relation with my soul and all of you
Of the external world mortals is
now once for all spoiled.

I am guilty of lust. I had no love.
But I had to lust before I could love.

I went to see the father in church
to forgive my sin but he said he would
only if he had my girlfriiend's address, first"
