But, Only In My World Poem by Peter Bundi

But, Only In My World

Rating: 3.0

The moon has refused to shine
Others say it is only in my world
In theirs, they claim, it shines bright and clear
Like the afternoon sun
The stars don't dot my sky anymore
Others say it is only in my world
For in theirs, thousand of star dot their sky and make it twinkle
Then I realize, just maybe, the film of tears that cover my eyes
Have blurred my sight
And the only thing I see is but a dark sky
But, only in my world.

Really a motivational piece of poetry, well conceived and nicely brought forth with conviction. An insightful creation. Thanks for sharing Peter.
