Can I Ask You A Question Poem by Chantelle Nixon

Can I Ask You A Question

What can I do to make the evident more clear?
What can I possibly say to you to bring your heart more near?
Why is it that you are the tornado of my life?
And yet all I can think about is being the purpose of your life.
Why do you captivate all of my senses?
How come when we get so close, my whole universe tenses?
Why do I dream about the me inside of you?
Why am I stuck on all the little things you do?
What drives me so crazy about your choice of style?
How come when I hear your name, it always brings a smile?
Why do I want you in the worst possible way?
What makes me so hot and bothered every time you look my way?
Why do I lose my breath whenever I hear you sing?
Why do tears well up every time I start to dream?
Why is it that I can yell at you til my face turns blue?
And yet I still can't say to you that I'm in love with you?
When will I ask of you the way you truly feel?
And will I stop frontin', wake up and keep it real?

This is a good one how you incorporate your poem with only questions. Very good, I enjoyed them.
