Dereliction of today's world is atrocious, civilization is moving forward very fast into extinction of morals, ethics and values of life. Greed, stealing, extortion, killing another to get what they have, instead of working and getting things for themselves. Having learned somewhere along the way how not to be human anymore, and becoming like animals and beasts, hurting women and children, the innocents of our world. How cruel our world has become. And the poets are the ones who are reflecting this turn of events in their poetry. Not afraid to speak their mind in defense of those who cannot protect themselves. Great thoughts from a truly great poet, I commend you for your bravery with words of powerful truth in writing. RoseAnn

The buzz word of today is a fast life This world is moving forward in speed. Wise men, elders have no stand It is evil devil’s and the lumpen’s world. Gangsters are roaming all over the globe Mostly the mafias are the rulers today. Might is right – no rationalism Real claimants are thrown away. Billions of children, dying having no food Extravaganza in casinos and pubs. Lootings and extortions are the event of the day Women are eloped, raped and murdered at large. Still the leaders (so called) say off and on - The civilization is moving forward very fast. I, too, cannot solve the sum. After a long time I heard such a realistic voice. It's on MY POEMS LIST. I am writing a poem on this theme and have not yet finished. After I have finished, I will share it. And hope you won't feel disturbed to have a look on the poor writing. Awaiting such utterances more and more.............................!
