can poetry ever be faked?

to me it is poetic
to think of a creative
one who is smart
enough to steal good lines
and use them to redound for him

wasn't robin hood poetic
in what he did?

any expression that comes out of
us, comes from the soul and floats
out like a ghost

it cannot come only from the mind
and if that is ever attempted then
a brain poem is wonderful
poetry!

perhaps the only non-poetry
is words coming from hatred
