Can You Imagine? Poem by Anne Yun

Can You Imagine?

Rating: 4.0

Hide into the pool, i am invisible
stick to a fish's tail
take a flying leap into the air
cause a floating ant to full startle

The passing butterfly can't stifle a giggle
a whole day's joke to tell
but, it's too long to wait for a snail
then he turns to a swimming turtle

They go around the pool, circle after circle
till the sun sneaks off to the hill
make a plan for tomorrow, they agree, here still
finally i wake up, from the fish's warm bubble
