Captured - Poem by Kristinahh KIMBER

I was once taught love from a fairy
a beauty that gave me a spell
to kiss the first person i saw
and to fall in love as one should
this little fairy taught me
how young lovers do feel
pretending they love the desirous
but knowing as well that this love will not last
why do lovers insist
on loving to the point of death
if they know they shall survive
with ones they do not desire
its the word on the tips of ones tounge
the word that may are afraid to say
goodbye, farewell, goodnight your beloved
go find the prince of your fairytale
for it is not him nor will it every be him
he has learned to not care for the deirous
he is now willing to love the ones he has never dreamed
and for that he shall say goodbye
if you love him then youll let go
for you are clasping his hand oh so tight
and love is not pain so no pain should be love
so please let go of his hand
even though your skin makes him quiver
he still wants to say goodbye
