Cash Shall Not Rule Me Poem by Walterrean Salley

Cash Shall Not Rule Me

Rating: 5.0

If I had a million dollars,
It would not rule me.
But I would rule it;
Here's how that would be.

I'd pay my bills.
Give to the poor.
Pay my tithes.
Put some in store.

Then I'd have fun
On a shopping spree,
But dare not spend
Foolishly.

For cash shall not
Rule me.

(Just a thought)
