Cat Evolution

From being killers and fighters,
domestic cats
are becoming aware,
and are evolving
into sharers of each others fortunes.

A cat is conning its carers
into catering for a special and expensive taste,
when its taste is for a bit of a lot.

It's then turning its cheek
and letting the cat next-door have a share of its,
in full knowledge
that the cat next-door will turn its,
and let it have a share of its.

this is a startling revelation. but i feel some domestic cats still go for hunting and killing.....of mice, birds, grasshoppers, and many other things. like men, cats have that instinctive drive; at least some of them! nice use of its. to MyPoemList. bri ;)
