Cat's Eye Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Cat's Eye

Cat's eye

Beware of cats
Not because they eat rats
But they pounce upon object
And kill with act

Lover cats are dangerous
The sayings are so famous
Never go after green glass
They have super class

But they are kind too
Stay near and never mind
Even if we push them out
They shall enter again play out with us

Cat eye lovers are sharp
But they harp
On many things
And try to bring

The magic is in their eyes
And we may blindly try
For their acceptance
It is their stance to lure us

So thank you cat
Be busy with rats
Don't make me your victim
And chew like gum
