If a sparrow you'll see

killing another sparrow

drink as much sweet wine

as you can

Listen not to those

who "don't" to you they say

Crucifiers, deniers

of the Resurrection!

Follow the first wind

and ask

to take you to Caucasus

Better living with crows

and she-falcons

than

with the dead

who cannot leave

their dead behind


Σαν δεις σπουργίτι,

σπουργίτι να σκοτώνει

πιες κρασί γλυκό

όσο μπορείς

Μην ακούς αυτούς

που "μη" σου λένε

Σταυρωτές που

την Ανάσταση αρνούνται!

Τον πρώτο ακολούθησε άνεμο

και ζήτα

στον Καύκασο να σε πάει

Κάλλιο με τα κοράκια

και τις γερακίνες να ΄σαι

παρά

με πεθαμένους που

τους νεκρούς τους

δεν αφήνουν
