Censorship
They censor references
To alternative worlds
From time travel to metaphysics:
From Romanticism to Rom coms,
Because the sovereign state
Will provide everyone
With all they require.
Other worlds are not necessary.
Here the colours bleed into one.
Here the uniforms fit perfectly.
You are very welcome. A professor in my University once told be that I have a metamorphic mind and it was very unusual and rare in the population. I meant it as a compliment but don't let it go to your head. Stay humble. I will probably post more of your poems from time to time if OK with you.
That would be great Michael if you could post more of my poems intermittently on your blog. Don't worry I've been involved with the poetry scene for many years to know not to let anything go to my head. I'm all too familiar with the infantile mind games that go on. In my experience, the ones with the biggest egos are invariably the least talent
