1)

FATIGUE SYNDROME

From the time i left for the farm plot,

At the moment the cock crowed,

The indication was it was a day to doa lot.

I prepared some tomato crates i borrowed

Got them on the back of my honda CRV

Unbeknown to me in the morning,

End of the day i would be suffering CFS

Syndrome called chronic fatigue syndrome

You just dont feel yourself at all

Normally i m quite well, but i had a pain in my hipbone

Despite attempts not to stagger and fall

Reality is that i looked and felt older,

Older than the age on your birth

My day was like that, tiring and much colder

Each day these days takes a toll on my girth.

2)

Farmer boy

A farmer boy went out to his farm
To make sure his crops were free from harm
He lifted a sack
Hurt his chronic back
Swore he will never ever work with his arm
