Chant Dragonfly

詠蜻蜓

荷塘倩影留蹤跡
紗翅纖腰蕩尾兒
貼水穿花淩鏡面
停空拍翼展風姿
吻香瀟灑苞尖立
盤翠清華草上移
不羨蛙蟬歡逸唱
悠然自我點漣漪


Chant Dragonfly

In the lotus pool
your beautiful figure
stays trace
Your gauze wings
your slender waist
the fluttering tail

You skim water
through flowers
reach the mirror surface
You stop in the sky
flap wings
show your style and posture

You kiss aroma
are natural and unrestrained
stand on the bud
You twist emerald
comely and beautifully
move on the grass

You don't envy frog and cicada
with their singing happily
You point the ripples
yourself being carefree
