童年

緬懷竹外清溪覓童趣
記得村頭槐樹掏鳥窩
年少天真快樂無邪美
志高敏睿聰明出眾多

Childhood

Recalled outside the bamboos
in the clear stream
sought our childhood interests
Remembered in the entrance to our village
out nest
in the pagoda tree

Young of age
naive and joyful
beauty of innocence
High aspirations
clever and sensible
better than others
