Chinese Melodies
Shimmering slightly in the breeze of morning,
sanguinely registering melodies in Chinese.
Zither flowing with rhythmic rhymes of notes,
sequenced in etudal styles.
Gently, sweetly, reverently, contemplative
measures fill my mind with anticipated joy
and elation.
