Little mysteries wrapped in boxes
Squares, circles, and even triangles
Sitting under a spooky tree
Ready to be devoured by our longing hands
For they hope the bear
Christmas has stories that bear mysteries
Of Santa Clause and his little elves
And the reindeers and the one with a red nose
Sometimes I believe sometimes, and I don't
These stories that bear mysteries
But the mysteries are not like Sherlock Homes'
For their longing hands will tear open the boxes
And reveal the gifts we have longed for
Especially if we have been good
Always on Christmas morning
Sometimes I believe; other times, I don't These stories that bear mysteries.... //.... Christmas is misty. So much known, so much unknown. But celebrations accompanied with it bring to fore the positives that we have been endowed with. Thanks.
