Christmas Shopping (For The Women I Know) Poem by Randy McClave

Christmas Shopping (For The Women I Know)

It is Christmas time yet once again
My list is now completed for all the women,
So, now I excitedly head out of my front door
I have my Christmas list, so I know who to buy for.
Tammi sometimes she has the blues
So, to cheer her up, I'll buy her some shoes,
She'll be pleased to find then underneath her tree
Then under the mistletoe, might be her and me.
The next name that I see that's upon my list
It is that of Kim, and last year we kissed,
I'll buy her some lingerie for her to wear
But, I again better beware.
Gigi is the next name that's on the pad
Maybe I'll buy her a scarf, Scottish plaid,
Or I'll buy her perfume as I did last year
She thanked me with a kiss, and then a tear.
Who's the next woman for me to gift
I see it is Rebecca, I'll buy her some weights to lift,
She is a beautiful, erotic fitness trainer
This present for her, is a real no brainer.
Sherri is the next name that's on my bill
I think I will buy her some alcohol or maybe some pills,
This present to her I want someone else to give
Hopefully then, she will forget where I live.
Carolyn's name is on the next page
I still remember her desires and her rage,
I think that I will buy a very short black dress
She loves to flirt, and also to impress.
Lee is the next name as I give a quick look
I think that I will buy her a classic book,
With her an intelligent conversation always exists
She doesn't swear or curse, or hit me with her fists.
I see that Debbie is the very last name
I think that I will buy her a dating board game,
Or maybe instead I'll buy her a box of macaroni
As she is sick and tired, of eating baloney.
So, soon my Christmas shopping will all be done
I truly hope that I didn't forget anyone,
And if my present doesn't fit them or their style
They can always return or exchange them, I say with a smile.
