I come out of my house
And see the snow falling and falling
Upon trees, lands, wells and lakes
Some in flakes, some in balls rolling and rolling
I have my warm clothes
But my face is open cooling and cooling
A bird in the branch is draped in
A white cloak and keeps me calling and calling
I walk through the snow
The fun keeps me laughing and laughing
A squirrel winks from a hole
In the tree and stares at me mocking and mocking
Winter is here with its snow
Bells in churches are chiming and chiming
A light dazzles bright in the sky
I look in awe as to the earth it keeps coming and coming
