Chrysanthemum, Why Are You? Poem by Kinsley Lee

Chrysanthemum, Why Are You?

Jeong-Bo Lee

Chrysanthemum, why is it that after only
The east wind season's completely passed,
When the leaves have fallen in the cold and chilly
Season, do you lonely blast?
Only you,
Perhaps, the steadfast,
And in the harsh frost season, been withstood you hast.
