Church Non-Fly Zone Poem by Phillip Nine Mafunga

Church Non-Fly Zone

Effeminate is our religion today
Feminized is our political discourse
Hard topics on women are a non-fly zone
Men are terrified; logic mummified
And their responsibilities in churched, abdicated

I would rather dress her down
Than leave her soul burn in hell
Better the truth from the Word of God
Than so called science but leading unto perdition
I would rather it's the Word or the world n' nothing in between

Better be in a church with a spine
Better be with men with a scriptural backbone than be popular
Rather be in sync with the Word than with the philosophy of equality
The Word has power to redeem n' save
I would rather she's reconciled to God than she be exiled from Him
