A time I will always recall
is a time you were
there & not there at all.

Your slip, panties, dress, a scrunchie for your hair
hung from a bedroom chair.
I awoke in complete and utter
darkness dreaming

that you had gone -
- and you had gone!
...to the loo.

You entered into...
...became darkness.
Only your perfume
and a quick little sneeze

told of your existence.
I followed your
simple journey

from here to there
and there to here
not seeing you at all
yet seeing you
...so clearly!
