Cloudy Thoughts Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

Cloudy Thoughts

Dark clouds fill the morning sky,
Thoughts turn back to days gone by,
Wishing you were here with me,
It's your voice i long to hear.

Pink blossoms move upon the trees,
Shaken by the morning breeze,
Longing for your smile once more,
Whilst thinking back to long ago.

Clouds are moving in the sky,
Life must never pass me by,
I'll stay strong and carry on,
With memories of those days now gone.
