Coasting Melodies Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Coasting Melodies

Getting a rush of adrenaline, exciting an interior feeling
of rhythm, not wanting to be brought down any more, just
reliving the energy of yesterday.

Hoping to re-ignite it's flames once again, a totally new
passion filled with desires of a heartfelt love that now
continues to hide in rhythms of being.

Causing an intense wonder and beauty coming from imagery
that stands out so tall and important while making life
outstanding in every corner.

Music flowing onto the crowd's atmosphere, not messing
around at all, just enjoying melodies that coast up and
down mountain slopes.

Slipping and sliding in snowstorms that bring a blending
of nature and humanity while touching important aspects
of who we are interiorly through years of our lifetimes.
