Coffee, Tea And Me Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Coffee, Tea And Me

Rating: 5.0

Coffee, tea and me,
In this hazy, warm bakery.
I could see,
All the goods baked today.

Coffee, tea and me,
With three donuts my way.
What can I say,
I love to eat them and eat them.

Coffee, tea and me.
The smell of you entices.

The baker who was standing waiting,
Asked me all these questions,
While I read the morning paper,
Whose headlines read,
'Coffee or tea and you.'
