Come On Let's Fly (A Riddle To Solve) Poem by Rob Lamberton

Come On Let's Fly (A Riddle To Solve)

Rating: 5.0

The party is on
And she's wanted for murder
The tail of diamonds in the sky

He's as black as the night
Intelligent graceful acrobatic
Come on let's fly

Dangerous predator
Gather around the kill
Say nevermore die

Ravens are also among the most intelligent birds performing acrobatics in flight. The closure is a brilliant and direct reference to Edgar Allan Poe's timeless poem, The Raven.

A brilliant riddle poem! It refers to the Raven. Ravens are famous for their iridescent midnight - black plumage. As both as predators and scavengers, they are known to gather in groups around kills.
