Conflicts Of Disinterests Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Conflicts Of Disinterests

Even the varying dislikes they have,
Expressed for one another...
Have developed into new ways,
Of disagreements displayed.

They now address their disinterests,
Of those interests...
Only yesterday they said they would consider.
But debates initiated that introduced similarities,
Quickly alarmed those...
Who wanted to keep alive those discussed disparities.

Even the varying dislikes they have,
Expressed for one another...
Have developed into new ways,
Of disagreements displayed.

Now there are conflicts of disinterests.
With points to make.
As if an intentional disarray,
Has not already been the goal achieved.
