Let love be without hypocrisy
Let that be our democracy,
Detest evil; cling to what is good
That indeed is the best tasting food.
Love one another deeply as brothers and sisters
Don't treat them as sores or as blisters,
Take the lead in honoring one another
Remember, do right to your sister and brother.
Do not lack vigor or diligence
In zeal; be fervent in the Spirit; ! serve the Lord with intelligence,
Rejoice in hope; be patient in affliction; be persistent in prayer
Remember, God is listening and is always there.
Share with the saints in their needs
Choosing hospitality should be your seeds,
Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse
Remember that holy verse.
Rejoice with those who rejoice; weep with those who weep
As the farmer does sow and also does reap,
Live in harmony with one another
You are my sister or brother.
Do not be proud; instead, associate with the humble
Then you will never fall or stumble,
Do not be wise in your own estimation
Own and hold a true foundation.
Do not ever repay anyone evil for evil
Love should be the gift both given and in retrieval,
Give careful thought to do what is honorable in everyone's eyes
Do not wear a deceptive disguise.
If possible, as far as it depends on you
Live at peace with everyone that you know or knew,
Friends, do not ever avenge yourselves
Instead, leave room for God's wrath on the shelves.
As in the scripture it is written
Vengeance belongs to me to who will be smitten,
I will repay always so says the Lord
But, follow my accord.
If your enemy is hungry, give him something to eat
If he is thirsty, give him something to drink as you greet,
For in so doing you will be heaping fiery coals on his head
Then he will be judged by the Lord as he had said.
Treat others on how you want to be treated
Don't let your soul be used or defeated,
Do not be conquered by evil or ever by sin
But, conquer evil with good and then give an, "Amen".
