Conquerors Poem by Caleb Adegbite

Conquerors

Rating: 4.0

No fortress is impregnable
unbuilt are the walls that can't be breached
not a knight shall remain untouchable
nor a height that shan't be reached.

Though their walls be hard as quartz,
thier castles we shall storm.
Though their warriors huge like gaths,
with our fury we shall stun.

To the victor goes the spoils,
be brave O warriors, i beseech
with our crude arrows and puny swords,
their lands we shall beseige.

Let's the drums rolls,
let history be aware
forward we march into glory,
let overlords hear.
Let the horns blow, let the future sing of our deeds
Tales of our acts of valor shall ring in the ears of our kids.
Time itself won't forget the legacy we are about to set
Let's go defeat the giants, and fight until the last breath.
