Considering Feelings
Silence strikes when loneliness sets in, because there are no words to speak, none to say what it is you're feeling.
Writing emotions on paper where they can be seen, allows them to be expressed, safely, away from your heart.
Intellectually considering feelings keeps them at bay and allows room to describe how they're affecting your whole outlook in life's scheme of things.
