Cordially maintain

It is wrong to think on our part
that everybody should depart
from our life at once
as they fail to follow our guidance
How can that happen?
and make us desperately driven
for their part of not falling in line
it is something important that we need to define
No, life is not that cheap
so try to keep
the good understanding about the people
to whom you daily associate and struggle
Don't lecture much and expect the personal honor
they also know where their future lies
so it won't cut much ice
keep life full of promises
You have your way of doing
without expecting much from anyone else
this is human life with its independent course
threaten no one and later on feel the remorse
You might hold a good position
and as such, lay a good foundation
make people understand your viewpoint
and cordially maintain the same
