Dancing in the kitchen—
the stove is really hot and ready
and the steaks are spiced and jumping
watch the fitters… there's no hurry
Sunday dinner comes a hopping
chicken legs they must be prancing
mashed potatoes thick with gravy
if I could, I would be dancing
but I'm too old
it wouldn't look pretty
Working through the week
then pleasure
Sunday morning
prays and preaching
God is good
we ask His blessing
for His Love is ever reaching
