COVID-19 was not a can't touch that virus
was not a surfaces touched fast spread virus
it was an airborne fast spread breathed in virus
like common cold flu an air breathed in virus
best protection was a medical mask masked up
not touching mouth nose with unwashed hands
yes Covid could be caught by touching surfaces
but Covid did not like nature rough surfaces
Covid didn't like to live on rough surfaces
surfaces with a lot of holes microscopic little grooves
nooks or crannies Covid did not like to live in
Covid likes very smooth surfaces like door knobs
Covid's survival depends on the type of surface
it lands on the live virus can survive anywhere
a couple of minutes or hours to a couple of days
depending on the surface type Covid likes
glass 5 days wood 4 days plastic & stainless-steel 3 days
cardboard 24 hours copper surfaces 4 hours
but on surface rapid deteriorating within minutes
to a few short hours exists not in infectious quantities
