Crack Seek Pearl Prize Oyster Poem by Terence George Craddock

Crack Seek Pearl Prize Oyster

Rating: 5.0

I live in a room like a monk
in a cell cold isolation writing
shrunk into mind stew funk
images internal illuminating

soul rhythmic backbeat shrunk
poet of perception punch-drunk
poetic word writ visions entrancing
spring wing in flights enhancing

feel delight wonder enchantment
within tiny cubical compartment
inner eye blinds like radiant sun

words gold spun softly sung run
sit writ in shell self rapture cloister
mind crack seek pearl prize oyster
