endless sands
bestowing ever

Naruto Volume 7 Chapter 59 page 10 (published May 1,2001) . it's a rough translation from the original japanese print:

死 ん 目 か ら 真 紅 の 涙 が 流 れ 悪 魔 神 に よ っ て 今 ま で に 大 き な 力 を 贈 与 無 限 砂 と 交 流 す る
Shin-me kara shinku no namida ga nagare akuma-shin ni yotte ima made ni ō kina chikara o zō yo mugen suna to kō ryū suru.
