Cruel Feet Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Cruel Feet

Cruel feet

So far so good
It is understood
But not all get what they want
Even know this secret from ants

How much do they carry load?
Still ask not god
To relive from hard labor
It is against their dignity and honor

No, why should you cry?
If love had try somewhere else
It was her sojourn
Tiny but lovely heaven

It is no strong exception
For relation
To be shown in public
With no strong basic

Love has strong roots
Where no one can put
Cruel feet over bond and relation
It shall still blossom and make it strong foundation
