Curbing Appetite Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Curbing Appetite

Watching horizons, feeling them overtake me within,
curbing my appetite for life and all of it's
misgivings.

Stretching matter beyond boundaries of my brain,
scattering it to the four winds.

Tossing self upon their fanciful flights
into nowhere lands, becoming what is near their ends.
