Customer Care Held Bare Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

Customer Care Held Bare

Rating: 5.0

Sure they claim a good customer care,
Run on public largesse,
They care but for the patron Sarkaar,
All else captive, I guess,
Clueless mute they scarce but smile and bear.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Despite government largesse (coming from all that pay tax) , a day is not far when Air India will have to still depend on the donations collected (cajoled?)from customers. And this is true for many Public sector companies run (or made stagnant)by government like BSNL.
