Danny Boy (Or, The Cripple's Revenge) Poem by John Thorkild Ellison

Danny Boy (Or, The Cripple's Revenge)

Danny Boy
I'm gonna destroy
Your favourite toy,
I'll smash your bike,
The one you like
That gives you joy.
I'm big and strong
And you've done me wrong,
You're young and weak,
A little freak,
And I've had enough
Of your bloody cheek!
Danny Boy
The time has come
To stop being dumb,
To apologise
To someone
You have tried
To victimize,
So pack it in!
You'll never win
Your little war
Or whatever it is
You're fighting for!
Grow up and take
Responsibility
For what you do,
It's nothing new,
A childish game
And you're to blame.
Danny Boy
I will destroy
Your favourite toy,
The one that is your pride and joy! !
