Dark Queen Rising - Poem by Lance Carthen

Distinguishing remnants.
The peace heart is broken.
Insects betray their king.
Raging conflictions.
No words are spoken.
Beauty killed the beast.
No repentance.
Such shallow emotions.
Anything for everything.
Greed contricts.
The pride has swollen.
All hail the queen.
