Dinner is over
darkness getting momentum
the enveloping darkness
with baskets of silence
smeared with love and lust
I look through my window
the stars playing hide and seek
silence narrating the day's commentary
the situation
versus
my justified actions
a preamble for closing my eyes:
the extent of job satisfaction
lulls me to sleep.
