I Sat in the darkness of a doorway lost, surround my the silence that came. I feel the darkness has pulled me in to become my only friend.
Buts it's friendship that brings so much pain.

I began to hear sounds from the darkness that seems to be calling
me by name.

I listened to the sounds coming from the darkness that gave me words
that darkness and the darkness in your heart that brings the pain are not the same.

Open your heart and let it's beacon shine through to relight your path and hold your soul and leave that darkness that is not true.

Let the light in you glow to keep barriers of the pain of darkness away. let the love in your heart glow to continue for a faith love to grow.
