Dawn Breaks From Slumber Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Dawn Breaks From Slumber

Rating: 5.0

N-ew dawn breaks from slumber,
O-ne early beautiful day;
B-ecause of the bright beacon
E-vening chill fades away.
R-ise of the sun begins
T-o gladly bathe your heart;
H-aze and mist disappear, as the dark shadows depart.

L-ight shines in the blue sky
O-n fourteenth morn November;
T-wilight and dusk vanish,
A-s the dawn breaks from slumber.
