Dead In Mother's Eyes Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Dead In Mother's Eyes

Rating: 5.0

When he died
I knew then
He wasn't
Really dead

As a naïve kid
Thought he was coming
Back- to- back living
For my upbringing

Found out otherwise
Died in mother's eyes
