Dead On Arrival Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Dead On Arrival

Meaningless.
Decisions made too late.
Too late to save their importance.
In arguments to defend,
The significance of them to make.
Decisions to await,
Time to go by to procrastinate.
Are pointless.
And dead on arrival.
When one decides,
They have made up their mind.
Long after that action,
Has gone to pass.
By others to have requested them.
But discovered it pointless,
To allow their patience to waste.
