Dear Lord, hear my prayer.
Help the soldier do what's right.
Help the baby fighting for it's life.
Help the lonely make it through the night.
Comfort for pain,
Healing for the sick.
Rescue the desperate from doing harm.
Bridge the gap between loved ones fighting.
Hold me in your arms.
All this and more,
We are so needy.
May each and every one of us realize
The importance of your love,
And embrace that knowledge in our daily lives
And feel the peace.
Thank you, Lord, for listening to my prayer.
